As of the latest update, UPS and USPS are not currently honoring their money-back guarantee on shipping until further notice. Consequently, shipping fees are non-refundable on orders, except in cases where an error has occurred on our part. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, please note that we may not be able to ship your order on the same day it is placed. Kindly allow for additional time to receive your merchandise.

Please anticipate delays in shipping times due to ongoing challenges faced by both UPS and USPS. While UPS tends to maintain more consistent service compared to USPS, we recommend opting for UPS whenever feasible.

Return & Refund/Exchange Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping errors made by our company. Once a sale is completed and payment has been processed, we do not entertain any changes or returns.

Furthermore, all packages must remain unopened to qualify for an exchange. Should these conditions be met, we are pleased to exchange the product for either the same item or an alternative of equal value, subject to availability in-store at the time of exchange.

Out of Stock Merchandise?

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you via phone or email. At that time, you will be presented with available substitution or replacement options. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in your order being shipped as is.
